If you received your garment and want to send it back, kindly note the following. You may receive a full refund for any unwanted garment(s) (less shipping) and (restocking fee of $8) as long as you didn't checkout with a discount code, or purchased an item on sale.

email@example.com to obtain a proper RMA for your garment. Madeleine Maternity and Label Studio 18 reserves the right to refuse any package at our warehouse shipped without a proper RMA.
Packages returned with perfume odor, stains and or other wear, or without the proper tags will be documented by our logistics team and promptly sent back to the customer.
Alterations Credit - Yes, because as much as we try hard to fit every single woman's body, it's an impossible feat.
You have received your items and love them, but need slight alterations. Great, we offer a $10 alterations credit towards any item sold at full price on our website. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to redeem your alterations credit.
Exchange or Store Credit.
In an effort to help reduce headaches and save time, please e-mail any sizing questions to our customer service e-mail address email@example.com for any sizing or style questions before placing your order. If you received an item and would like a different size or style, you may request an EMA for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Any requests for RMAs beyond 7 to 14 days will be processed as store credit. No exclusions.

* Goods are exchanged to Madeleine Maternity at your own expense. We recommend having your shipment tracked and signed for to ensure its arrival at our returns department. Until it's arrival is confirmed at our exchange department it is the customers responsibility. Madeleine Maternity is not responsible for exchanges lost by shipping agents.
* Exchanges are only accepted providing the garments are unworn, in a resalable condition, with all tags attached.
* Please ensure any unwanted item(s) are returned and an EMA number within 7 days of receipt (sale items and items bought on discount codes are final sale or exchanged for store credit). The exchange must be postmarked within our return date frame or we reserve the right to refuse the return and will send it back.
* Funds may take up to 7 days to clear once payment has been made.
* Briefs, Hosiery and support underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings or beauty products unless they are faulty.
* Please make sure that swim wear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
* Custom orders are not returnable.
* Exchange requests after 14 days will not be approved.
* Returns. Due to a large amount of return fraud we have a 7 day return policy, any return requests after that time frame will be considered for exchanges or store credit. If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we are confident that you can find something out of our 50+ garment and accessories collection to meet your needs.
* We ship within 24-48 hours with a reputable shipping agent. USPS, UPS or FedEX, we provide you with your tracking number so you can see how your garment is traveling to get to your loving home. Please notify us if you would like to receive express shipping (additional charges may apply). Packages lovingly arrive within 2-3 business days.

Madeleine Maternity ships internationally! For all orders shipping outside of the US the recipient might be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for exchange.
