DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE U.S.A)
At LABEL STUDIO 18, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise and often have a wait list of sold out sizes and items. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition (no stains, perfume, or alterations) with tags attached within 8 days. Merchandise returned after 8 days will not be accepted.
STUDIO 18 offers returns on all product shipped within the United States only within 8 days of receiving your purchase.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally. International orders are considered final sale. We also do not accept returns for items sold at a sale price of 30% or more.
Note to packages shipped to Australia, United Kingdom and Canada. If you refuse your international package and your package gets returned to our warehouse, we will issue you a store credit less combined shipping, customs, tariffs and other legal fees associated with your package.
1- REQUEST THE RETURN
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number and all shipping returns are covered by the customer. Please email email@example.com to receive your RA number. All returns in original condition will be honored full purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee per item.
Safely pack the items you wish to return in the original package and include the invoice. Mark the issued Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. If you no longer have the original packaging please follow USPS guidelines and package your items appropriately.
3-EXCHANGE CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a refund only if they are received within 8 days of receiving the item. Refunds are the full amount minus original shipping and a restocking fee of 10% off each item. Sale items or items bought on a discount qualify for exchange or store credit for domestic orders only, unless noted as final sale within the 8 days.
International exchanges are allowed within the 14 day window, shipping is the customers responsibility.
Please allow up to 30 days for any refunds to show on your statement.

Packages returned with perfume odor, stains and or other wear, or without the proper tags will be documented by our logistics team and promptly sent back to the customer or issued a store credit as per the warehouse managers discretion.
Alterations Credit - Yes, because as much as we try hard to fit every single woman's body, it's an impossible feat.
You have received your items and love them, but need slight alterations. Great, we offer a $18 alterations credit towards any item sold at full price on our website. Please e-mail email@example.com for more information on how to redeem your alterations credit.
Exchange or Store Credit.
In an effort to help reduce headaches and save time, please e-mail any sizing questions to our customer service e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org for any sizing or style questions before placing your order.
* Goods are exchanged to Label Studio 18 at your own expense. We recommend having your shipment tracked and signed for to ensure its arrival at our returns department. Until it's arrival is confirmed at our exchange department it is the customers responsibility. Studio 18 is not responsible for exchanges lost by shipping agents.
* We ship within 24-48 hours with a reputable shipping agent. USPS, UPS or FedEX, we provide you with your tracking number so you can see how your garment is traveling to get to your loving home. Please notify us if you would like to receive express shipping (additional charges may apply). Packages lovingly arrive within 2-3 business days.
Studio18 ships internationally! For all orders shipping outside of the US the recipient might be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for exchange.
